Ryan B. is a dedicated professional with a strong background in home improvement and customer service. Formerly the owner of Good as New Carpet Cleaning, Ryan built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and fostering strong customer relationships. After selling his carpet cleaning business, he brought his skills to Clear Choice Window and Home Solutions, starting as an installer and quickly proving his expertise and work ethic. His hard work earned him a full-time role in the office, where he now focuses on ensuring seamless operations and top-tier service for every client.
When he’s not at work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family and heading to the water to pursue his passion for fishing. His commitment to excellence and his love for the outdoors make him a well-rounded and personable team member who values both hard work and family life.
Addie B.
Addie is a versatile and hardworking team member who plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. Primarily focused on office work, she also steps in to assist the install crew whenever needed, demonstrating her adaptability and dedication.
Outside of Clear Choice, Addie balances two additional jobs while still making time for what matters most—her family and her animals. Her commitment, can-do attitude, and willingness to help with any task make her an indispensable part of the team

Affectionately nicknamed “Knowsmore,” Brent is the go-to person for solving problems and answering questions, thanks to his remarkable insight and resourcefulness.
